Simple Chicken Noodle Soup

My family loves chicken noodle soup. It’s just a great comfort food in the winter and wonderful for when your family is a little under the weather. Here is a simple chicken noodle soup recipe you can use to make your little ones smile.

Ingredients:

5 (14.5 ounces) cans of chicken broth

1/2 cup onion – chopped

1/2 cup celery – chopped

1 cup carrots – sliced

1 tablespoon of butter

1 1/2 cups of egg noodles

1/2 teaspoon oregano (dried)

1/2 teaspoon basil (dried)

1/2 lb. cooked and diced chicken breast

Salt and Pepper to taste.

Directions:

1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.

2. Add celery and onion and sauté until onions are translucent.

3. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.

4. Lower temperature to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.

Then, enjoy it!
