Today was Emma’s 6th birthday.
It’s hard to believe.
Time flies by faster and faster every year.
She woke up to presents and flowers on the kitchen table, and daddy made her favorite breakfast.
At school, I brought cupcakes and Capri Suns into her classroom and she was smiling so big with her birthday crown on and all of the kids singing her Happy Birthday.
Then Wayne and I took her out to lunch all by herself – she wanted Chinese Food because she loves the shrimp. And eat she did.
We will be celebrating her birthday this weekend at Scotty’s Playhouse, but we always try to make sure we do a little something the day of as well.
