Travels Beyond: Macy’s Culinary Council in Sacramento

This post is sponsored by Everywhere Agency on behalf of Macy’s; however, all thoughts and opinions expressed are my own.

Hey guys! Yesterday I feasted a food festival in Portland and listened to an interview and sampled food from Macy’s Culinary Council’s very own Chef Tom Douglas, whom I met for the first time a couple of year’s ago at Macy’s in Seattle. When I was at the event a couple of years ago. We sampled some of his amazing food after a live cooking demo, then were offered special prices on kitchen gear and had copies of one of Tom Douglas’s cook books signed and took photos with the man himself.

I attended another Macy’s fashion event in Portland this weekend, but next weekend there is going to be another Macy’s event that my friends in Sacramento, CA won’t want to miss: A Culinary Council Cooking Demo with Chef Cat Cora. What is more fun than getting to see a famous chef work their magic in the kitchen?! If you are in the area you should go check out Macy’s Arden Fair and their new Home Department and learn tips and tricks form Chef Cat Cora while she shares some award-winning dishes! I SO wish I could make it down to the event!

If you RSVP ahead of time your will receive a $10 Macy’s gift card* — plus if you spend $35 or more in their new Home Department you will receive a special gift and her book, Cooking As Fast As I Can, which she’ll sign after the event!
