All About Appetizers:

Have I ever told you just how much I love appetizers? They are these amazing little dishes that are served prior to dinner to tide over everyone’s appetites until the main course is ready. They can be casual bites or fancy morsels that are very visual appealing. Sometimes they can be served solo along in between meal times for snacks or paired with tasty drinks at a casual gathering. Appetizers can also include platters like a fruit or vegetable platter, cheese plate, or a charcutterie platter.

When creating them you want to make sure that you have at least 3-5 per person. Always have small plates and / or napkins available for guests. If you are pairing them with drinks consider flavor combinations when planning the menu.
